Position Details : Full Stack Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and maintain our web application
- Work with leadership to gather and understand product requirements and the roadmap
- Work with leadership, and other employees and/or consultants to architect product infrastructure and/or tweak existing infrastructure
- Convert product prototypes and wireframes into code and a bug-free working product
- Always write code in line with standard procedures set from time to time. Refactor and optimize code for efficiency and performance
- Ensure targets and timelines set for product shipment are always met
- Communicate openly and effectively any issues, problems, ideas and/or suggestions you may have
Qualification :
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in full stack development, preferably in building customer facing products
- At least, a Bachelors level education in computer science, engineering or other similar disciplines
- Experience in working with Mongo DB, Express, React, Node.js and Next.js
- Solid understanding of Agile prinicples and practices and preferably experience working in agile product teams
- Good communication skills and the ability to openly, effectively communicate both good and bad news
- A bias for clear, clean and concise code over hacky code
