We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving our online visibility and achieving organic growth by implementing successful digital marketing and search engine optimization tactics. Your proficiency in digital marketing, SEO methods, and analytical abilities will be crucial for boosting brand exposure, elevating search engine rankings, and enhancing user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute broad digital strategies for enhancing brand visibility and engagement on diverse online platforms.
- Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to enhance website content, aiming for better search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
- Generate, curate, and oversee compelling content on digital platforms like websites, social media, blogs, and emails.
- Execute both on-page and off-page SEO tactics to boost website performance and improve search engine rankings.
- Track and assess website traffic, user interactions, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to guarantee uniformity in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, continuously optimizing for maximum ROI, if needed
- Work to create strong organic traffic and leads
- Regularly furnish reports on essential digital marketing metrics, delivering insights and suggestions for enhancing performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing and SEO are a plus.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing and SEO, with a track record of successful campaigns and improvements in search rankings.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, and content management systems.
- Experience is generating organic traffic and quality leads.
- Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
