The Digital marketer will plan, build and run inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth.
You will define, execute, measure and refine a creative, compelling and effective marketing revenue strategy for our growing enterprise software solutions business.
You will own delivery of top of the funnel activity, MQL, SQL goals and revenue contribution attributed to marketing. Reporting to the C-Suite, you’ll lead a team of marketing professionals, content marketers, and BDE’s, supporting them to achieve their goals and develop their skills to deliver high quality marketing campaigns with precision.
Google Ads Expertise:
Profound understanding of Google Ads platforms, including search, display, and video advertising.
Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
A/B testing experience and the ability to analyze campaign data to drive improvements.
Facebook Ads Expertise:
Proficiency in creating and managing Facebook Ad campaigns, including various ad formats, targeting options, and ad creative.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel.
SEO Mastery:
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building techniques.
Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Integrated Campaign Strategies:
Ability to develop cohesive digital marketing strategies that align Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO efforts for maximum impact.
Skill in identifying cross-channel opportunities to enhance overall online visibility and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports showcasing the effectiveness of integrated campaigns and suggesting optimizations.
Budget Management:
Experience in effectively managing advertising budgets across both Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
Skill in allocating budgets based on campaign objectives and optimizing spending for optimal ROI.
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborative mindset to work with design, copywriting, and development teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay Updated:
Commitment to staying current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging strategies in digital advertising and SEO.
Communication & Adaptability:
Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, campaign goals, and emerging opportunities.

Capacity to identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions across multiple digital marketing channels.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and SEO certifications are highly desirable.
