Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales for our company. You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive marketing approach across multiple platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads Management: ( vendor management )
– Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize reach and maximize ROI.
– Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
2. Website Design and Optimization: ( vendor management )
– Collaborate with web designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
– Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
3. SEO Strategy: ( vendor management )
– Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
– Monitor website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance SEO efforts.
4. LinkedIn Sales Navigator: ( lead the team )
– Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads and decision-makers.
– Develop personalized outreach strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions through LinkedIn.
5. Zoho CRM for Sales Lead Generation: ( lead the team )
– Manage and optimize Zoho CRM for efficient lead tracking and management.
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into customers.
6. Cold Calling with Clients: ( lead the team )
– Conduct cold calls to prospects to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
– Communicate product/service offerings effectively to address client needs and generate interest.
7. Driving Digital Marketing with Sales Team: ( lead the team )
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
– Provide training and support to sales representatives on leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques.
8. Leadership and Team Management: ( lead the team )
– Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction.
– Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital marketing team.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
– Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, website design, SEO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM.
– Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external digital marketing agencies is an addon advantage.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Prior experience in the IT industry or familiarity with technology-related products/services is advantageous.
