Position Details : Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn. The position includes a two-month training period, during which you will receive a stipend, followed by a six-month contract with a competitive salary. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Assist in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Support in managing the company’s website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
- Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
Training and Compensation:
- Training Period: 2 months of hands-on training in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month during the training period.
- Post-Training Contract: After successful completion of the training period, candidates will enter a 6-month contract.
- Salary During Contract Period: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand salary, based on performance and experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in digital marketing through internships, projects, or freelance work (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
